He really knew what he was doing. There was an initial chat - we both agreed that it was basically my poor posture and laziness - and he said he would find the problem areas. No surprises, it was knits in my shoulders and tension in the neck. He couldn't have really done much more. There was a heat lamp to warm up the bit he was about to work on, cups to help blood flow and some - fairly intense - elbow work. It was all communicated well, talking at some points and silence at others () but really good. I'll be using him again at normal prices - that good.
